※ This Yacht Tour Is A Join-In Tour And Requires At Least 6 People To Gather On The Date Of The Tour.

    If There Are Fewer Than 6 People On The Tour Date, The Tour May Be Canceled And You Will Be Notified 1 To 2 Days In Advance.

※ Morning Tour Time Is 8:20am To 13:30am, Including Weekends On Weekdays (2pm To 3pm Arrival At The Hotel)

※ Afternoon Tour Time Is 13:30-17:00, Including Weekdays And Weekends (Arrival At The Hotel From 6pm To 7pm)

Basic Reservation Information

- Maximum number of people on board is up to 30 people per day, and if more than 30 people are notified individually, reservations are received for inclusion in other schedules.

- The minimum number of people that can be toured is 6 or more, and it is impossible to depart for less than 6 people, and the tour may be canceled.

- Reservations can be made by phone, KakaoTalk, or Internet reservation.

- When making a reservation, you must provide the exact contact information, name of the depositor, number of people reserved, and date of stay.

- The payment method can be paid in baht on site or by deposit without a bankbook. Cards are not available because they are a local corporation.

- Please make sure to make the deposit in the name of the person making the reservation, and if the name of the person making the deposit is different, be sure to call or send a text message.

- Reservation must be made in full after reservation.

Notice

1. As this is a "join tour" that tours with other companies, the meeting time must be observed. If you are not in the lobby on the 1st floor at the appointed time, other guests will be picked up and depart without prior notice. Changes/cancellations/full refunds occurring afterwards are not possible.

In case of your personal circumstances, change of mind, or time error, you must pay the taxi fee and come to the Ocean Marina dock, and you must arrive 10 minutes before sailing and join.

2. If the meeting time is from 08:30-08:40, you must wait in the lobby on the 1st floor of the property from 08:20, that is, 10 minutes before the meeting time.

Pickup will take place within 20 minutes from the scheduled time. If the pickup vehicle does not arrive after 10-20 minutes, you must contact the Korean person in charge / (Katalk ID: hiphop3355).

3. Guests checking out of Pattaya Hotel must complete the check-out 20 minutes before the meeting time.

4. There is no refund for snorkeling if it is not possible to proceed due to weather conditions or the appearance of jellyfish.

5. Pre-booked tours are held even in rainy weather. In Thailand, since May-October is the monsoon season, it often rains frequently, and there are many cases of scorching rain clouds that come and go, so the tour proceeds normally unless there is a severe typhoon.

6. If there is a rain or typhoon that makes the tour impossible before the tour starts, the tour company will contact the hotel, and only in this case, a full refund will be provided.

7. After the tour has already started due to the departure of the ship, refunds will not be made if the weather is a bit bad and cannot be used due to personal change of mind.

8. It is not available to the elderly or pregnant women with severe seasickness or poor condition due to dizziness.

9. The itinerary is flexible according to the weather conditions on the day, and the snorkeling point and order may change according to local conditions.

10. In a coral reef community, swim in the sea under the guidance of field staff. Also, we can rent snorkeling equipment for free.

11. Basic yacht accident insurance applies only to Thai law and only during the tour time. This insurance is not covered for treatment in Korea.

The compensation is not large and cumbersome, so it is recommended that you purchase travel insurance in Korea before coming to Thailand.

Refund Policy

● Refund Is Not Possible Within 3 Days Of The Tour Date

● 50% Refund Within 7 To 4 Days Of The Tour

● Full Refund If More Than 8 Days Remain On The Tour Date

    If The Tour Date Is October 9th, If The Reservation Is Canceled Before October 1st, Full Refund

    50% Refund If Reservation Is Canceled From October 2nd To 5th

    Refunds Will Not Be Made If The Reservation Is Canceled After Including October 6th.

● In Case Of Bad Weather On The Day Of The Tour, It May Be Canceled Without Prior Notice And A Full Refund Will Be Given.

● In The Event Of Bad Weather Or Natural Disasters During The Tour After The Ship Departs,

    Refunds Are Not Provided If Some Tours Are Canceled And The Tour Is Withdrawn.
